Support Access
Welcome to our step-by-step tutorial designed to guide you on how to effectively communicate with the AppSpector team.
We highly value our customers' feedback and queries and have thus created a variety of channels for you to reach out to us. This tutorial will walk you through the process of using each tool, ensuring you can share your thoughts, request assistance, or ask questions in the most convenient way.
Option 1 - Dashboard Messenger
Locate the Dashboard Messenger
Start by locating the small message icon in the left corner of your AppSpector dashboard. This feature is present regardless of whether you're using the web version or the desktop app.
Initiate a Chat
Next, click on the message icon. A pop-up window will appear with a conversation field. Type your message here to initiate a chat with a member of our team. Rest assured, even if there's no immediate response, your messages will be emailed and stored in our internal feedback system to ensure we don't miss your query.
Await Response
Once your message has been sent, feel free to close the chat or your browser. You'll receive an email notification containing our response as soon as we've addressed your question.
Option 2 - Join Our Slack Community
For more immediate support, consider joining our Slack community. Here, you can interact not only with the AppSpector engineers but also with other community members. You can ask questions, share thoughts, or simply browse past chats for potential answers. To identify AppSpector team members, look for a tiny pink duck icon in the account names.
Option 3 - Use Our GitHub Repositories
Finally, you can utilize our GitHub repositories. We host the AppSpector SDKs across several repositories. If you want to report a bug or suggest a feature, simply create an issue in the corresponding repository. Use these repositories just like any other on GitHub. Here's the link to our SDK repos: https://github.com/appspector
Remember, at AppSpector, we are always ready to help and eager to hear your thoughts, questions, and feedback. By leveraging these tools you can ensure your voice is heard and your needs are addressed. Thank you for being a valued member of our community, and please don't hesitate to reach out using any of these channels.
